  Really fun spot to play, good events. But you NEED to do your research before buying from this shop. They overpriced a card by $28 and called me broke when I didn't want to pay the premium, so know the value of what you want before talking to them.

  Went to the pre-rift event for riftbound. The staff was super nice to me and my friends. They even accommodated my girlfriend even though she wasn't playing. There were some technical difficulties, but the other two pre-rift events that I went to also had technical difficulties. This one was by far the biggest number of attendees, so I personally would cut them some slack. I have good hopes for future events to be run better!

  Great place! I went in looking for Pokemon cards since I just started collecting. Unfortunately they didn't have any packs in stock, but the man I spoke to (Shawn) was extremely friendly and helpful with all of my questions. He even offered up teaching me to play Magic, which I will take him up on in the near future! I definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for a place to meet like-minded people, new to cards, or you want to hook up with others to play some games with.

  Came for an event and found the tournament to be chaotic and poorly managed. System failures, missing structure, and staff who weren’t trained for their roles made the experience fall short of even basic expectations.

  Came here today for a miniature meetup with my group as this was the location that they had voted for, for this month's meetup. The main floor is nice, however the space where tabletop gaming is on the upper floor is another question. Very dirty, so dirty that I found dead roaches in their bathrooms. Needless to say after seeing problems that would make a health inspector cringe I probably will not be back. That upper floor made me feel like I needed a shower.   Would’ve given a 5 but there’s a worker there, really skinny with glasses, always has a nasty attitude// says smart ass comments to fellow co workers and customers, dude really needs to work on being more professional... Sets an awful taste to customers like customers myself… Other than that, everyone else is awesome, great pricing on cards, other players are super friendly.
