I started playing MTG Commander at the beginning of last year. I visited all the shops within the Fayetteville area to see where I feel the most “at home”. Luckily, I found Mana Rock. I was greeted with open arms and accepted as a newcomer to the hobby. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me asking about the rules of the format (I was extremely clueless). I also really enjoyed the players that would frequently have pods going and also accepted me in as a new person. I have made lots of new friends as this is a very sociable place to play. Mana Rock is still my go-to TCG

Poor selection, the employee there the afternoon of February 13 was extremely rude and dismissive when we asked about a card. He was kinder to my husband, but rude to myself… I’m the bigger Magic player and just felt like he was very misogynistic towards myself and my daughter who was looking at Pokémon. My husband said he likes the store as he is a more casual player, but I will not be back. I’ll definitely go to other stores that are kinder and more helpful when it comes to looking for cards and those that have a better selection overall.

I understand trying to keep your tournaments happy but, not selling to members who are hobbyists so that you can give your tournament players the option to buy everything first is just cutting out other members of the collecting hobby who dont like the hobby of playing the game.

Did an online order and they kept my money and the cards. If you do an online order, and messaging them directly through the store front and that doesn't get a reply, I recommend leaving a negative review since they'll respond to that fairly quickly it seems. My other recommendation is to not do online orders because not only myself but several other people have also voiced they don't handle them well. My order number: 488FDDEE-293BDD-0FAF5

Great community full of people who play all types of different TCGs. Everybody is welcoming and the staff is knowledgeable about most TCGs, including how to spot fake cards. I've been a customer for three years and have purchased many reserve list or expensive cards from this shop, and never had an issue. They're open later than most other shops in town so you can continue playing here after finishing up at another LGS.

These days consumers need to give credit where credit is due. This establishment did everything right in my book. Excellent store credit return rate for trade-ins, solid selection on sealed and singles, patient staff while working through 2 hours of trade-in singles, and shipped sealed product to me they had on back order. Phenomenal service, down to earth people, integrity. Respect these guys and this business.

They have a good section of cards deck boxes and sleeves for cards and they have good options for D&D models colors and tools to color the models and they have a decent amount of snacks and drink options
