  The atmosphere there was horrible and the workers are rude. Im hoping we caught them on an off night but other reviews Iine up with my experience. We showed up asking about some cards and the cashier was too busy doom scrolling and couldn't bother to acknowledge us or even look up from her phone. I had to ask my question to her twice before she just called out to her boss/coworker to assist me (I asked if they had any stock for riftbound). The other worker was also busy chatting with someone and seemed annoyed that we were interrupting them. He gave a short and curt response before instantly r

  Walked in and was immediately greeted by a lovely staff member called Daniel. The store was really well stocked, even having plenty of Sonny Angels available (which are hard to find anywhere right now). The store was really reasonably priced across all items, great selection of gacha machines and we even got some freebies! Would highly recommend.

  I visited here after a couple of friends went a few times and only had nice things to say. I might be bias since in Queens the places tend to be smaller and cluttered, but Lumius is the most spacious card shop / anime / gachapon store I’ve seen. They have a lot of hololive character goods! They added claw machines that are pretty fair and fun to play on my opinion compared to others I’ve visited. Things seem to be fairly priced as well Great customer service, the guy working today was extremely helpful and looked out for me and friends. Would definitely recommend and will probably come back

  Updating for 2025: Still a 5 star store. I go regularly for SVE tournaments and the community is great. Since then, I made friends with one of the workers there, Nick - he has great customer service and a unique sense of humor. 2023: Great anime and TCG shop! Hong was especially helpful and friendly. Played in a Shadowverse tournament, won 1st, and got store credit and some great promo pack pulls. They also have a fun lottery thing for every $20 you spend too. Also looks like some of the 1 star reviews came from the same disgruntled person below trying to review bomb.

  I'm really glad to discover this shop! It’s a treasure in Bensonhurst that offers Smiski at cheaper prices compared to all the other places I have explored in the city. And they also have mofusands The employees were also friendly and nice as well. It's been a while since I played crane games, and the last time was when I lived in Japan. I was having some social anxiety, but he motivated me to try, and I won a Mofusand plush keychain.

  My go to card shops. they’re all friendly, they love to joke around with you and tease you but they’re all very sweet. Will always be my favorite card shop 🫶🏻. Also check out their claw machines, I’ve won so many free packs from them. ALSO, they give u their tokens for the machines for every $20 spent!

  Used to frequent this place a lot for the Machines but now the vibe seems a bit more off. They seem to focus a lot on cards now and the machines not as much. Sonny prices seem to also have been raised a tiny bit but I assume that is because of tariffs.
