I really enjoy the board game selections, and the staff has helped me pick out special Pokémon cards for my boyfriend numerous times. The community they’ve built in this shop in such little time is really a testament to how much love and care has gone into this business! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

  Would recommend. Legends and Loot they offer a variety selection of collectibles and supplies for said collectibles. They also have a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for every one of all ages. They are constantly trying their best to not just support the TCG players but also collectors. The staff themself, are very friendly and knowledgeable about many TCGS, and always strike up conversations with me whenever I’m there. Highly Recommend.

  L&L is a great local store with a sense of community. Owner and staff are always super polite and helpful. Played in some fun MTG prerelease events and everyone is super friendly! Nice vibes, would recommend to others! Prize support is pretty generous for a newer store. They have lots of singles and older MTG booster packs. I'm glad it opened up in town. I started playing in person again.

  L&L is the dream nerd safe haven New Braunfels has been needing. The community they’ve built is incredible — the competitive Pokémon, Magic, and One Piece scenes are really starting to blossom, but is still extremely welcoming to new players who are just getting started. Joe, Richard, Old Greg, and regulars make the store feel friendly and inclusive, whether you’re there to compete, trade, or just learn a new game.   I'm genuinely convinced these 1 star reviews are the same pissed off scalper making new accounts to review bomb the shop. L&L may not have the biggest selection in the area, but that's because they do not scalp so both sealed and singles move FAST. I've purchased some absolute banger cards at fair prices here. They are absolutely the best when it comes to taking care of the TCG community that isn't in it for the money. Fair prices on both sealed and singles, incredibly hospitable to play nights, and just all around great people. I don't get the hate that's specifically being targeted at Joe

  Legends and Loot is one of the best tcg stores i have been to. We have been to several stores from San Antonio, to New Braunfels, To Austin and this is the first one I felt comfortable enough to come play. Not only for myself but to bring my teen daughter to play as well. No creepy stinky nerd man vibes here. Staff is great, Community is amazing. We always feel welcome, and community is always willing to help teach or play! Even though we come with friends we all enjoy skipping tables and rotating people within the store. It is very clear that Joe, Greg, and Richard are passionate about keeping toxic attitudes out of the shop and growing a healthy and dynamic community of local gamers.   My go to store in New Braunfels! Was in there this afternoon and one of the staff members was educating a very young pokemon player about fake cards. Its awesome to see!! Have played commander here multiple times and have always had an awesome experience with thr players, have always been able to find people welcoming me into thier pod to play woth them. Have also played several dnd games here on Sunday afternoons and its been a blast! Really cant wait to meet more of the awesome community around here! Thanks L&L!
