  I came visited Legendary Games on 8/23/25 looking for MTG product. Their staff were helpful and made good recommendations for my deck. The store was clean and they had a large selection of singles. They were light on sealed product, particularly of newer releases. I would recommend them if you are in need of MTG singles.

  Came in to check out this little shop when was in town to see what they offered. There were two small groups playing at the time. Not very welcoming staff either, just stare at you, and back to their own conversation. Attempted to be friendly and say hi to the staff member, got ignored. Shelves seemed bare. Wasn't much paint for table top figures and not much cards in the cases either. We felt uncomfortable and left not even 2 minutes later.

  I visited the store on December 3rd a little before 5:00pm and the store wasn’t busy at all except for the store clerk and one patron sitting at the table. Recently, I have visited both this store and the Lexington store various times over the last few months to pick up Magic the Gathering singles. I told the cashier I had a list of a few cards I wanted to pick up and he sighed, but said he could check for me.   It's always one staff member that is just the rudest to me. I had it happen before, didn't write a review because it's a small business and I understand what it's like to run a small business but this needs to be said. I have spent, now, a thousand dollars in a matter of 2 weeks there and had no problems before this in the 2 weeks I have been buying cards. I went in, didn't even get as much as a look or a hello so I had to greet the employee. When I did this I got a hi, nothing more.   JUST GO TO GAME X CHANGE ACROSS THE STREET. I went to the game x change across the street where they told me to go to legendary games to get a more fair price on my rare Pokemon cards. The staff at Legendary Games is incredibly rude. Commenting on how none of my cards are worth anything (I have been collecting for years and I do my own research before I sell. these particular cards were worth way more than the 9$ I was offered) I have since tried to put in a complaint to no avail. Will be going to the game x change from now on, they treat their customers with respect.

  The people are knowledgeable, helpful, and we learn more about how to play magic. They show up for work on time and love their jobs. Everyone knows common cards have little value. If your in need of a special card or need help, people playing will help you as well as employees. It's a great way to meet people as we are new to the area, and learn new things. We would like to see a parent group that play while kids are at school.

  Pretty disappointed. Went in and found the base set my hero booster box for $20. As I was about to purchase, the employee stopped and said that he should call his boss to make sure the price was right. After the call, the owner said that it was supposed to be $100. If I didn’t know better, they would have screwed me over a box that’s actually worth the original price… check prices before buying here

  The store itself is cool, prices are fair, good stock. But, unfortunately, they have a poor staff member. I didn’t catch her name but she had some kind of greenish colored hair, real skinny girl. She was very rude and cranky. Also, she made sure to tell us her opinion on how getting cards graded is a waste of plastic and a scam :’) not the best customer service.
