  They were absolutely friendly! One of the employees took a look at my hat and the pins and said they were cool! They even had the pokemon set I was looking for and managed to snag a promo sleeping Eevee card with some dividers and it was the best $30 I had spent! Definitely come down to them in Vegas if you are looking for a specific set you cant find in your state!

  Didn’t get the name of this great staff last time till we ran into him again. Big shout out to the staff HOWARD who is amazingly patient, attentive, and professional. He takes time introducing and explaining to customers with any questions or in need of assistance. And we met Jay today as well. He is great as well. Really appreciate the staff here.

  Do not order from this store. I placed an order for a Christmas present on December 1st. On the 18th they shipped me the wrong product. When I contacted the store they made no effort to remedy the problem other than saying "Then we'll refund you, bro" before hanging up. Customer service is hideous. It made no attempt to 2-day ship a gift to make it in time for Christmas. After Christmas was missed, they wouldn't refund my money (a $90 purchase) or deliver my package claiming they wanted their $10 deck of cards back they sent by mistake. They would provide no preprinted return label to return

  This is one of my favourite stores ever! I love to come here for either the vibes or the games or both. The staff is always super nice too! today I went in to get a Christmas gift for some family members and Madison was super helpful and sweet so shout out to her! I plan on keeping on coming back ^u^

  All the staff here are so nice, but Howard really went above and beyond for my partner and I today. I came in for a board game that I expected to not be in stock, but it wound up being 75% off and they sold their last copies. I was pretty devastated. Howard went and checked the back and found a box of some additional copies and it made my entire day. I had to sit outside for a minute and reflect on the amazing luck I had that he was standing there and felt inclined to help me out just because he felt nice. I really love this shop.   I frequent here and always look at their selection of cards. The employees are especially helpful when asking to grab things from the cabinets. The girl with the pink hair is always really friendly whenever I check out my purchase with her and the manager LeDonne is also extremely helpful. I tell my friends about this place as they would love this place.

  I don’t write reviews often, I only just moved to Vegas and I try to go out every weekend with my husband. We came here and our experience was really good actually. The night staff has been super helpful, helped me find everything I needed, they seem to genuinely like their job and take the time to keep the place clean and organized. They also taught me a bit about the stuff they sell and what different medias and games they are all from. If I had to recommend a good spot to hit up on your days off it would be here, I would suggest bringing your own games if you can though.

  Pretty cool place. They have probably all the boa4d games that exist. A War Hammer paint bar and they allow you to order food from the restaurants in Town Square. Very fun .
