  I've been supporting this store for over 2 years as a player, and every set they keep increasing prices way past MSRP. This set was the worst, going twice as high as MSRP and over $80 more than any other store. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating their customer base like this. I would recommend that you go to any of the other great stores in town. Such a horrible way to treat their base of players. I'll be switching my locals from here to another shop and am going to hard recomend it to all the rest of the players that come on Monday nights.

  I like gifting board games and growing my own collection, so browsing the great selection at this local shop always leads to a good find or new wishlist item. The prices are higher than what I can find online, but I am happy to support local when possible. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, with many giving great recommendations for gifting games that I am not familiar with.   Disappointed, this used to be a good place where as an actual collector and person looking to open Pokemon product, you could put your name down on a list for 1 of any given products and they would call you if they had any available. This was a nice and fair way to get products into the hands of real fans. Well it appears their greed has overcome customer satisfaction. They are selling brand new released product for over double the MSRP pricing that big box stores charge.   ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PRICING! my fiancé preordered a Mega evolutions booster box 2 months ago, he was told MSRP when preordered. come today (9/22/25) for pickup. upon arrival informed booster box was 268.00 after taxes. these boxes sell for 156.00. and they had them for almost double. DO NOT recommend this rip off of a place.

  I had purchased a new game a few months ago. I recently opened the game to realize that I was missing a piece. I went back with the game, no receipt, opened box, and pleaded my case that I was missing this piece fearful that they wouldn't believe me. The lady working had informed me that I would need to go through the manufacturer of the game and to do so I would need to create an account. Then immediately after, she went and grabbed the same game off the shelf, opened it, gave me the piece I was missing, and stated that she would go through the manufacturer herself on behalf of the store.   They have a great selection of games, both new and used. The staff are always helpful and willing to special order games that are difficult to find. The used games sold here are resealed and have an inventory list to let purchasers know if any items are missing. They also offer a generous educator discount. You just need to show your school ID badge once and the discount will be permanently applied to your account profile. My only complaint, and it's an important one, is that the prices here are often at the full price, and you can almost always find a better deal online. It's great to support
