  If you get a chance check out House of Plastik Vintage Toys and Collectibles in Cincinnati. This is one of the best toy shops I have been to. The vibe and layout just work. There is a lot crammed into the space, but it works. Too many toy stores feel either “surgical” or too disorganized. Part of the fun here is just the visual overload of everything. It’s a hunt but it’s not an excursion to the far reaches of the depths of the toy store. Huge selection of things you actually want to buy. Staff is friendly and Jerome, the owner is great.   Super cool spot, didn't even know this place existed, until a few days ago, I'm a Hot Toys collector, and they had a pretty solid collection for a small store! If you're a kid a heart and want some nostalgia, check this place out. Love the build a LEGO wall/bag, that's an awesome feature.

  This place is Soooooo awesome! It is full of modern and retro toys and collectibles alike! I love stopping by and taking home a load of good stuff! The staff is super friendly and ready to help.   The House of Plastik is such an amazing spot! My friends and I live about an hour and a half away, and we still make it a point to come down here because the selection is always that good! The customer service is top notch and everyone is super cool, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do! It is always a fun, laid back experience and absolutely worth the drive!   Interesting store with a lot of variety. Condition seemed to be an issue. Also a fair few of the figures were fake and/or damaged. I didn't see much relief in price for damaged or incomplete items. The store shares a wall with a weed growing supply store so the smell was less than desirable. Took my 3 boys and we agreed it was fun to drop in but we didn't stay long and didn't buy anything due to pricing, condition and atmosphere. Feels like a one and done stop for us

  House of Plastik is ALWAYS where I look for Marvel & Star Wars figures first. Jerome is one of the friendliest people I've had the pleasure of knowing and always brightens my day anytime I get the chance to stop by! He actively gets to know his customers, to the point that if you ask he'll keep an eye out for a specific toy you're looking for. We're lucky to have him!   This is a great store where you can find collectibles from a couple dollars to a couple hundred dollars. Lots of GI Joe, Transformers, Star Wars, DC Comics, Marvel Comics and more. Nice place to find a unique gift for someone. They also buy vintage toys. I've sold to them several times and Jerome is very honest and fair.
