  I had such a great experience at Hookers Sports Cards. I 3D printed a Pokémon card display for a kid’s birthday gift and was looking for some cards to fill it. After stopping by several places in town that were out of stock, I finally made it to Hookers. They had somenice boxes available, but it was more than I wanted to spend for a kiddo’s present. When I explained what I was trying to do, the gentleman (owner?) helping me asked how many cards I needed — I said 30 — and he told me to give him a couple of hours.   Went to this card shop looking for pokemon cards and found them at great prices. I'm not from the area but it was worth traveling to go here. The shop does occasional event nights where you can win signed jerseys and other things. The sports card selection is very big and neatly sorted by teams. Not only does he have cards, but also comic books and graphic novels. I would have to say he had the best prices in Eugene. There were some people angry that he raised his prices but that was because they were so low, he was losing money. I would say this should be your first stop when seeking cards an

  If I could give a higher rating I would! The owner is very kind and his dog is adorable :) After choosing a pack I switched it out for another and he opened the first pack in front of me, only to pull out one of the coolest cards. Even after googling the price he gave it to me for the original price of the pack!! Couldn't recommend this place more <3

  I absolutely love this place! The owner is super duper nice and there is a super nice dog whobis really cute. Very flexible on the prices and he even let me open a box with him of chrome basketball! The only problem is the hours, I don't get why it closes at six 😕 I mean it's okay that it does but at the same time me and my friend are out of town and will be driving through Eugene and were super excited to go until we found out we could have arrived at 6:30 😔 I really wish we could have came in and done some trading and hung out for a bit but at least its there and only an hour and a half fr

  I love going to buy cards from Dennis’ shop! I am newer to the hobby and from the very beginning he has always been extremely helpful and kind when I’m unsure about a product or card or if we’re just having a general conversation about anything. I know this is never a guarantee, but I have to say, I usually get amazing pulls from the boxes I buy at Dennis’ shop. I don’t know what it is, but the boxes there are magic.   Love this place! Got back into cards recently and did some small research into local card shops and decided to go to Hookers. The place has such a cool card shop vibe as people were talking sports and opening packs. The owner was also a really nice guy and you could tell he loves his shop. Good pricing and always helps to support a local card shop instead of Topps, etc. Go here for sure!
