  Be prepared to treat it like a subscription service. No matter the amount previously spent, but based off of a time period they have come up with you are not "active" thus you cannot place a pre order. Be warned. The owners reply with scalping being a key is funny since this has not been a problem before with my pre-order when I was in there every other weekend buying boxes to rip alot of which I donated. But ok you are right its all thanks to scalping you lost another customer and wild to try to spin it as recognized for anything other than being selective with normal people trying to order

  They try to whisper a-lot about pricing and the customer, even tho you can hear them clearly. Won't explain to you or go into detail of what's the issue but will keep talking in a circle with each other, low percent trade in, down to the 50s-60s for high end vintage and modern Very unprofessional experience from the customer that's side of things.

  Small shop and thd team seem like nice people. Cards seem way overpriced though. Had cards at 800 and tcg had same cards sitting at 400. Just seems like a huge difference

  I love Holo Haven. The store has a laid back welcoming vibe. The staff are nice, friendly, and helpful. I love the variety of merchandise to choose from and there's even a discord channel. The store offers several different store sponsored games nights for some of the different games. I've met some really cool people there and the owners are simply the best.
