There’s something almost magical about a card shop — the walls lined with sealed products, the feeling that you might pull something amazing, the nostalgia of it all.   Great store. Pricing was very fair. I was shocked to find this place in downtown Chicago and the pricing to be as fair as it was. The staff took time with everyone. Even new people collecting Pokemon. I would highly recommend this store. It prompted me to write a review which I don’t normally do.

  2 stars as the location is great but the store is a mess. Very little pokemon stock. Rude staff. An item got scanned through $100 more than what it should have been…(already overpriced) I get im aware and an eye roll. Sad as due to the location and size this could be a great spot. Understand why it’s the lowest rated shop in Chicago.

  Worst card shop I have been in, staff make you feel like you’re interrupting them. Employee with the neck beard was upset that I wanted to see the entire card out of sleeve ($80 btw). I understand it’s well played but not all well played cards look the same… why do I have to explain this to him? All staff were rude and judgmental, ignore you when you walk in aswell. They don’t deserve any business a bunch of scalper's.

  Great community overall! The staff and One Piece players helped me get my start as a new player. They genuinely try to support the community by hosting many tcg locals, getting product, and encouraging everyone to pull sick cards. They are hilarious too.

  Came here for prerelease Magic: The Gathering event. The participants were fun to play with and friendly. The staff were helpful and genuinely love the community. Talk to Brad (if I remember his name correctly) he’s lovely and a joy to talk to about all things TCG.

  very unwelcoming.. have come several times but they are still rude and act as if you’re interrupting them at THEIR job. things are pretty overpriced, will not be back.

  One of the workers is very rude and makes the whole experience bad. The other workers were all very nice. The rude dude is the guy with the neck beard. If he did not work there or was actually a decent person I would consider coming back.
