  We take our kids there for dungeons and dragons books and figures. They have a massive selection for several major game brands. They also have a whole gaming section that is comfortable, familiar and very down to earth. It's the type of place where gamers can find their tribe. They also host events where people show up with cosplay, intense builds, amazing figures and sets. This place isn't corporate, they are engrained in the culture and it shows from the service to the design.

  Friendly well priced store with lots of things available. Card games, board games, roleplaying games, miniatures, drinks including a coffee and tea shop, snacks and plushies. I mostly play card games so can't speak for everything but even when it comes to cards searching through bulk and singles they have more than just the big 3, decent selections of the smaller and niche games as well. For the card games i do play here it's more relaxed and casual. The store also very LGBT friendly.

  I have been to a few Game Haven locations, and this is the best one! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, especially Mia who helped me with some gifts for my son and knowing where to start with a new game for him. We have been back multiple times and have had a great experience each time!

  My kids and I went here to grab some board games. Their selection seemed okay, though smaller/less variety than other shops we've been to. The gaming space seemed pretty big though, which I assume is what most people are looking for in game shops. The staff was quite cold and dismissive, but overall, fine.

  I am guilty of being a browser, but my husband is in to all kinds of board games so we frequent here occasionally. It is an AMAZING store and the management does amazing community events (in the summer they have several outdoor mini-convention type events which I love). For not being terribly into board games, they have lots of card games and other entertainment media in that vein that I have bought and enjoyed. There is also fresh selections of trendy games and product each time we stop by (maybe about once every few months). Great store for anyone nerdy and/or into physical media games! :)
