  Based on the majority of the reviews, it sounds like my experience isn’t the norm, thankfully. That being said, I purchased a few items recently and had them shipped to me and one set arrived with the plastic ripped open and covered in some kind of brown oil (it was sold as a “factory sealed set” that also happened to have 34 cards missing). I reached out to the company by email, shared the pictures and my experience, and was told that someone would get back to me.
