Fire and Dice is located in the Walnut Grove Shopping Center in Northridge. It’s the perfect tabletop gaming store, and they host tournaments for D&D, MTG, Pokémon, and more. I’ve seen tournament entry fees range from about $7 to $20. You can always check out their page for upcoming tournaments, which are super fun. They have tons of board games and other items available for purchase, and it’s always exciting to try new games I haven’t played before. They’re constantly bringing in new products, which makes each visit feel fresh. They’re open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekends and until 10 p

I love coming to Fire&Dice for Pokemon tournaments. The staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating! Their new location feels spacious without being overwhelming. Highly recommend if you are looking for Pokemon/Magic/etc cards.

Not counting Game & Grounds but out of the 5 TCG stores in the area I think this one is my least favorite. They are nice enough, but they don't have the cozy vibe or the friendly vibe, the others do It feels a little corporate. Sometimes they charge above MSRP and tend to offer less in return for buy backs then the other stores do. (and they don't do yu-gi-oh which is a minus for me) They also moved really close to Bear Cave TCG, which I didn't think was cool, but I get moving can be hard and sometimes you can't really help it. That being said sometimes they have stuff in stock none of the

This places charges $35 entry for a Pokemon TCG League Cup and only give ONE prize pack for entry. I will say their prizing is not bad for top 8 and you do get more prize packs and store credit IF you make top 8, but one single prize pack for $35 entry feels like straight up highway robbery. It seems like their TCG tournaments really mainly attract the sharks and people that think they can win the whole tournament for more points and prizes, but it’s a very poor experience for others that don’t make it very far in the tournament. Safe to say that I definitely will not be coming back here to co

Decent venue for playing card games. MTG Avatar prerelease was run ok, however they are shameless price gougers. $230 w tax for the Mtg Avatar booster box on pre-release day. $180 w tax on Amazon. Employee said WoTC only lets them sell at certian price. Complete BS. Shameless price gougers. Why should I support a LGS that doesnt support me? Also, they were selling the MTG Avatar commander bundle for $180 when it was $150 on ebay and $110 on amazon.

If you're a strategy card game player, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!! I've never seen such a nice and huge community of Pokémon and Magic players! Everyone has a great vibe and respectful of different levels of strategy (beginners). If you've been looking for a community of off-line players, this is the place to be. BTW get here early, it gets PACKED and parking is literally limited to those who get here on time.

They have very friendly and accommodating staff and a decent MTG singles inventory. They also have consistent events for MTG, Pokemon, and I believe Lorcana and Star Wars TCG as well. If you are around this area I highly recommend this to be your home store.
