  I can’t say enough good things about Field Six and especially Luis. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever rushing us. What really stood out was his kindness — he even stayed open late so my son could come in and pick out some Pokémon cards, which meant a lot to us.   One Star - Absolutely Disappointed I rarely leave reviews, but the customer service at this Pokémon trading card store was unbelievably bad. The staff were either completely uninterested or outright rude when I asked basic questions about card availability and pricing. I felt like I was bothering them just by walking in.
