  Went to this shop tonight and bought a Mega Evoloutions booster box. It wasn't until I started opening packs that I realized it had been resealed. All of the mega cards were upside down and sticky. No hits. Most of what ive picked up at this shop has been clean. Great customer service. Just take a closer look at what your buying.

  Nice quaint little games shop. Very tcg heavy with pokemon, mtg, lorcana, etc. they hold weekly fighting game meetups on Fridays. There's tables for playing card games and they're open for play at all times*

  I enjoy this store a great deal. The staff are nice and funny, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Products are usually readily available, and the displays are set up in neat and eye-catching ways. The only reason I don't give it a 4/5 is because occasionally when staff gets a little overwhelmed, they UNDERSTANDABLY get a little short with people. But when you're dealing with the various gaming communities, they can definitely get a little grating, so I totally get it.

  Epic has been my go-to local game store for years now and it's a place I'm always happy to be! I go in weekly for Friday Night Magic and make the majority of my Magic the Gathering purchases there. Their pricing is really good, especially for sealed product preorders. Even though Wizards of the Coast is trying to drive up the cost of the game. The staff are all quite personable and helpful, especially Steve and Kristian! The other regulars at the store are all friendly even if we get a bit goofy and chaotic at times. It can get a bit busy and overstimulating some Friday nights with the play a

  Love giving this place my money. I have bought all my booster boxes from here as their prices are competitive to those around town, usually a little cheaper. Steve is the guy you go to when looking for rare and hard to get cards. I have given him lists of things I am looking for and he has always found them for me and giving me a fair and honest price. Also if your looking for a place to slap some cardboard on the table to play some games with their store is always full of good people to play with. One of the best LGS around Portland. Highly recommended.
