  This family owned business is amazing! They’ve taken my two young kids under their wing and taught them all sorts of stuff about Pokemon. They spend so much of their time giving them lots of one-on-one time and answering all of their many questions! I highly recommend visiting their shop.

  Went in once, couldn't tell who was working. Product was behind players so you couldn't shop. Was really awkward so I left. I've since then have tried to call a few times and no one ever answers. So I won't be trying anymore. I visit creswell sometimes and was hoping to find another store to shop. Just haven't enjoyed my experience so far. Edit to my original post: Owner responds with poor comments instead of a solution. Good luck with your poor customer service. Funny when you assume what people do when contacting your business.
