  Do not order anything from this store. I pre-ordered and prepaid for the One Piece TCG back in June, but they cancelled my order 6 months later. They're effectively taking people's money as interest free short-term loans. Avoid this scam of a company. They're even continuing to take pre-orders on their website after cancelling.

  As far as card shops go, the bar is pretty low. All you gotta do is sell cards. Well, funny thing about this place, they cannot excel at this one simple task. My friend and I placed a large order for the new One Piece game. We prepaid six months ago for this highly anticipated product, only for our order to be canceled with little to no reason or communication. This is unacceptable. Come to find out apparently it was an out of stock issue, yet they paraded their One Piece inventory on their Facebook with little to no shame on the daily.   I preordered some one piece booster boxes from draw 2 back in July only for them to cancel my order & refund me weeks after the product release in December. What puzzles me is they have been hosting tournaments for this card game with booster boxes as prizes since the launch of the game. I don’t understand why the shop couldn’t at least contact the people who preordered. Do not preorder from this shop.

  I've had one instance that I drove up there and they weren't open at like 7pm on a weekend d but it's a local shop so it's unrealistic to expect it to be running for every hour that it has, especially during convention season. When I do go though the people, employee or not, are all super friendly. Typical atmosphere you'd expect from a card shop with no issues

  This store doesn't communicate or respond to emails about one piece preorders and just cancels them outright, and I attempted calling but was told to call back in a week for an answer to no response. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store.

  I ordered a card from here through tcgplayer. They clearly sent me the wrong item that was addressed for someone else. I sent them photos and they agreed. They told me they would make it right and then I never got a response from them. Its been 9 months.
