  Great experience at Diamond 9 Sports Cards in Placentia! Just stopped by today for a cross grade to PSA, Very helpful and friendly service, and the whole transaction was quick and smooth. The shop looks really nice and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

  Don’t buy from these guys they’re straight overcharging you. They justify their prices under the pretense they are collectibles but in reality they just see the hobby as a money grab. Their customer service also sucks. EDIT: You can tell how bad their customer service is by just how aggressive they get with these replies. It seems their go to way to discredit reviews is by insulting reviewers. Also, what’s wrong with being from Utah?

  So far from what I can see and understand this place has absolutely no right being as rude as they are to people. I highly do not recommend going here because they have no understanding of what good customer service is and it shows. The way this guy conducts business is absolutely appalling.

  Prices are fair. But not much of a selection. Edit: After being called a troll from my last comment I went and visited the store. Still not much of selection. I can confirm they carry TCG and Sports but would not advise going there unless you want to pay over MSRP on all the boxes. -Sincerely not a Troll 😜

  Purchased a table online. It was gonna be my first time setting up at Diamond 9. I came down with a sinus infection Sunday night, and tried to fight it off, took Monday - Wednesday off of work to be able to rest up and come into setup for my table I purchased. I called and no answer both Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday. So Wednesday after they didn’t answer I walked in. They took my number down and said they call me back. They didn’t call me back. It was 4pm so I figured I’d go speak with the owner myself. He assured me his policy was online and he just said that twice and said yeah, sorry. He

  Not recommended, saved time and money and shop elsewhere, was in the area on a trip and stumbled into this place but they try to sell way above market prices which are already high. They also need to learn the meaning of customer service, make people feel welcome, be attentive, don’t see this spot staying open for long.

  Rude Workers & Unprofessional The reviews on this place are true. Dont waste your time here... Worst card shop ever...... The Owner doesn't like kids in the store. So be aware.
