  I was just up there yesterday and I had a really good experience. It’s the 1st time I’ve dealt with actual professionals that are knowledgeable and fair. It’s been a headache as I’m sure many people know. They were honest, professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Overall it was an enjoyable experience to do business with them than some of these other TCG shops. It was worth the drive. Thank you to Dylan and Jacob for making it a really cool experience! - I highly recommend for anyone that you should try them out

  Amazing store and workers. Went in there for the first time today and bought a couple things, a graded card, a mystery box, and a pack. The mystery box was great and fairly priced, and the overall experience was great. Came back and grabbed 2 more packs later. Guy at the counter opened up one of their own packs to find out what the card trick was for me, and then gave me the cards he pulled for free! I opened up my packs at the counter and pulled one of the chase cards from the set! Amazing experience and will be coming back next time I visit Dallas :)

  Employees are very weird, when you ask them a question they are super rude!! Even when you’re wanting to trade or make a deal it’s like they don’t even try. Money greed at its finest!!!

  Employees are extremely shady, rude, and entitled. Customers service is awful in that they literally sound like you’re bothering them, especially if you are a kid (what the Pokemon cards primary audience is) wanting to trade or sell. They are also extremely picky over what they want to trade and will downplay the value. Definitely not here to share the passion for collecting and help collectors and kids. Instead, helping scalpers and trying to get immense profits without caring or emphasizing with customers. Please avoid at all costs if you are genuinely passionate about collecting and want to

  Short story is that the staff is rude and uninviting. Been here a few times cuz it’s nearby my place and it’s tough to find product nowadays, but between their price gouging and rude attitude I just can’t continue to bring my business here. It’s one thing if you’re just not a talkative or chippy person, it’s a whole other thing to be flat out rude to customers and treat them like they’re a nuisance on your day.   Very little singles selection, won’t move on price even on $1 cards lol. Then always pay you back in smallest bills possible. Been there 10+ times and won’t be back again. This is simply a place for them to resell packs at higher prices.
