  Overpriced, disorganized, and employees are always rude. Don’t expect any replies to criticism as they are quick to delete them. Edit: Since they want to act like children instead of running a business, it should be known how many people lost money because DC refused to refund anyone past the day of the signing. They are still oblivious to the point of how many people came to this signing that they took money from because normal people can not waste their time in their crammed store all day to get a refund when many, many people travelled from Canada and several miles away for this event.   Went here after years of not dealing with DC Sports due to my interest in sports taking a back seat. I was disappointed to see that the stellar level of service that I once associated with this company is no longer a reality. Overall the staff was rude, dismissive, and not helpful.

  Go here instead of Rally House! Every time I go to rally house I end up staring at 30 options I’m not all that happy about and when I go to DC I have 5-10 options I absolutely love. The staff is great and helpful.

  Great store, but stay away their auctions in which they scam their way to the price they want. Despite having the highest bid with seconds to go, it continued to reset every five minutes for over four hours. I respect auctions that increase an extra five minutes when a new bid is placed, but my bid wasn’t increased for FOUR hours. Absolutely ridiculous that they simply keep an auction live until they hit the price they want. DCS, that’s a sale and not an auction.

  Went with my boyfriend, he was extremely excited for the Riley Greene/Spencer Torkelson signing. We took off work and drove over an hour super excited for this signing. We’re understanding that there couldn’t be any photo ops, but an hour before it starts all staff was announcing “no lean-ins”. I’m sorry, but paying almost $300 + buying baseballs and we can’t take a quick photo? There was definitely a longer line, but not long enough to where people couldn’t get 1 photo each quickly.
