  I placed an order that took more than a year to arrive, and by the time it was delivered, I had completely forgotten about it. Opening the package was a pleasant surprise, but unfortunately, the Funkos inside were damaged beyond repair. I reached out to their support team via email three days ago and have not received a response yet. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding ordering from them. I've already shared this with several friends and my WhatNot viewers.

  Bought a new release signed SIKTC and they sent me an unsigned copy - these things can happen. I reached out to get the correct item I paid for and they said they'd replace it, but only after I send the wrong book back and they've received it. Not a big deal but a lot sellers would let you keep the wrong book as an apology - but whatever, it's a business so I get it. I sent the book back in better packaging than I received it.   This is the best LCS ever. Steve the owner and Danny have shown me nothing but love. My pull list is on time and their stock in the store is always well kept. I have had to leave town at times on vacation and they have always made sure my books arr there and available. I used to go Mid town comics in manhattan @ Times Square but Collectors Cave has out did themselves and earned my business. I would never chose anyone but them for mu weekly books !
