  Brookhurst Hobbies is honestly one of my absolute favorite hobby shops, and I can’t recommend it enough. Every time I walk in, I feel like a kid again. They have an incredible selection of Gundam kits, Warhammer, D&D supplies, model kits, and so many cool hobby items that it’s impossible to leave without finding something exciting.   Was recommended by a friend who grew up here. I was in town for the weekend. Great, friendly and helpful staff. For So-Cal, I was shocked at how fair everything was priced! Bought 2 Gundam kits. Plan to order from them to support in the future. Support your local mom and pop Stores, or they'll be gone and we'll just be forced to make Ammy and Temu richer than they already are!   The place has so many items and tools for many craft hobbies regarding gunpla, miniature war figurines, fighter jets, metal cast car kits, and many model kits. This place also has an area for card games such as Magic the Gathering and Dungeons and Dragons. Really neat place and had a constant flow of customers. Really quiet and enjoyable atmosphere. The worker there was really patient with me and answered many of my questions. I easily spent over $100 on tools to start out gunpla painting. Great place to spend time.

  Great selection here and decent prices. It's a little frustrating that they were out of Mr Thinner self leveling and when I asked about it the clerk had to go on a computer just to find out that they were out. I came from 2 hrs away in hopes they'd have it but. I guess it's more effort to look in the back or on the shelf where it was supposed to be but what do I know? Anyway they carry an extensive collection of model kits and all their accessories as well. I bought a huge, opened kit here for just $20. And all the pieces and parts are there so can't complain because this same kit would cost
