He regularly runs well-organized events for MTG and other TCGs, and he’s extremely trustworthy when it comes to prize distribution and ensuring everything runs smoothly and fairly. The complimentary water and pizza for event participants is a thoughtful touch that really shows appreciation for the players. On top of that, the store has an excellent selection of Funko Pops and graded Pokémon cards. Highly recommended for both

  My friends and I have been going to this shop once a week for about a month now and we’ve had nothing but great experiences. The owner is great to work and chat with. He’s fair in pricing, knows what he’s talking about, and makes the whole experience feel more like a hangout than a business transaction. This shops great for the community and he’s really trying to drum up the whole TCG aspect of the hobby with his weekly game nights and tournaments he holds. Will definitely continue my weekly drop-ins at BoomingTCG!

  Awesome guy, with an awesome shop. I asked him if he had the destined rivals houndoom full art, and he said he didn't. But then I came back a week later, and he actually got one and saved it for me, telling me he remembered. I had only been to his shop once, and for him to remember I wanted that specific card shows great customer service. Every week, he has new cards in his binder that makes it enjoyable for my friends and I to come back once a week to browse and purchase.

Everything is well organized, making it easy to find what you’re looking for whether you’re a beginner or a serious collector. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He takes the time to answer questions, explain card values, and help you make the right choice without any pressure.

  Very customer-friendly store and the atmosphere is cozy. My boyfriend and I came to attend a pre-rift event for Riftbound and the owner offered free drinks and ordered pizza for the participants. He cares a lot about combatting scalpers, which has been prevalent since the beginning of the game, so his efforts are much appreciated! He also tossed in more prizes to the pool from his own collection. You can tell that the owner genuinely cares about the community and the spirit of the game 🥹♥️

  This place is a gem. There aren't many TCG shops in the area for people in the Jersey City/Hoboken area so it was a breath of fresh air when this place opened up. The owner is extremely nice and helpful when discussing the sealed products and slabs. His prices are fair (basically market which for that area, it's pretty good. Some places go WAY above market). There's a lot of things to look for and he mentioned that he is constantly getting items in so I look forward to visiting the place again.
