  Makes other stores look bad! Been going for a couple years always a good selection. They’re repair service is fair a reliable. Every product has been very good quality and fairly priced. I was looking for weeks online for a 3ds and was about to pull the trigger on a eBay listing until I checked this store, they had one in stock for just a bit more than online. Which I found perfectly reasonable paying a hair more for a guaranteed US model 3ds in near perfect condition, aesthetically it was perfect with no scratches, scuffs or fingerprints. Mechanical 8/10 works perfectly with slight looseness

  Very friendly and informative staff. My brother went into a different repair shop for controller stick drift repair and was given a quote of $70 to replace both sticks feeling like it was a bit overpriced we decided to seek out blue shell gaming, where it was half the price and staff are very friendly and helpful. If you need repairs for consoles or controllers Blue Shell are very professional and trustworthy with their customers merchandise.

  This is a top notch vintage video game store. I love all their locations. The staff are just genuinely cool, knowledgeable, and very friendly. My wife and I both love that they have always been very kind to our 3 special needs children when they come in. It is so hard for us to get out of the house with our kiddos but we always feel welcome in Blue Shell stores. Thank you for your kindness. It means so much to us.

  Anytime you are going to sell or buy used or pre-owned video games or any type of memorabilia, you expect to not get much in return for both selling or trading but here they are a hit or miss because remember... They are not huge and are a mom and pop shop. They have great staff and in my experience they were very friendly and accommodating to the items I was looking for. The staff was knowledgeable and you can tell they had a passion for video games and collector items.

  The repair shop was amazing! I brought my gamecube for repair and they also transferred over my data to a new memory card. Everything went smoothly and their repair text-line was awesome! They knew my problem before I came in. I highly recommend this shop!

  This place was pretty dope, to say the least! I’m not a video game guy but I did grow up in the 80s and they had almost every classic game console and game you could imagine. The pictures don’t do this place any justice. Very impressive collection of stuff and it makes me wish I saved everything I had as a kid growing up. The people who work there were pretty cool, parking was easy and wow!

  Seriously I wouldn't waste my time with this store here they have nothing but a bunch of over priced items for sale. They never clean anything they sell. The take to long with fixing screens on people's phones. They take forever resurfacing games and they lie constantly and furthermore I am able to buy this stuff here on eBay for a fraction of the price you would here. Furthermore the the fact that they complain about other stores is unprofessional and furthermore the fact that they complain about items I've sold them is really unprofessional as well but it's okay though you can choose to do b
