  Updated post: 5 months later I stand by my original posting of 5 stars. The staff are kind, helpful, and always willing to talk or help answer questions. I love how much they keep adding to make the store better for their customers in selection and events to play. This store has been much needed in this area and it is a welcome sight to see.   So I have now been here a few time, and I must say such a good place to go, with good vibes. My wife and I are more then pleased with not only the prices, but most importantly the staff and how nice and helpful they were to us. I shell be making this my go to place from now on.   My mom I collect cards and went all over! The building is amazing! The owner Jerry and his daughter were the ones who helped us and made it a very smooth transactions. They have a wide variety of cards and I specialize in Pokemon but they have all types of cards! The service was very friendly and welcoming. I am incredibly thankful that we stopped by this place and will be seeing us again!

  Battle City Gym is one of my home stores. The staff are welcoming and accommodating and I am in the store multiple days a week. The atmosphere and community for TCGs and TTGs is wonderful. The selection grows weekly and the owners are always willing to order what I need if they don't have it. There are two levels with plenty of playing space for multiple events a day, the place is clean, Its a great store, and they are great partners to work with. The only shop I know of with a digital gaming tabletop for D&D or Warhammer or whatever other map games you play! Its great to go to a place where

  Great store with a great community. Excited to have a store within a reasonable drive and the added benefit of them offering so much in the form of TCG selection, reasonable pricing, Board Game options, play space, and accessories is just one of the many reasons I continue coming back weekly. Definitely worth a drive out to experience the space or at minimum, purchase some much needed gaming accessories.

  If you're into tcg, D&D, board games and/or anything relating, Battle City Gym is definitely worth at least checking out if you're in the area, though, it's worth making a regular stomping ground or daily/weekly stop for all your tcg, rpg and board game needs. I was there for the first time the other day and was blown away that something like this existed in Wilmington IL. I really wish this place existed years ago in my earlier youth when Wilmington was a regular stop for me. Though, even being nearly being an hour out of my way now, I still intend to make this a regular stop, even if only j
