  The clerks behind the counter are super helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about many facets of the whole hobby space. From collecting to playing different tags to what nights have the different types of games going on and they always have a great variety of different products and games and seem to truly enjoy what they do. 10/10 will definitely be coming back often

  Never really had a good experience here. The entire staff acts like they have a problem with me when I come in. Very hard to ask for help for things that aren’t on the shelf IE singles packs etc.

  Bought 23 dollars worth of product online not realizing that it was pick up only. Would not refund and no human communication just automated "we have your items waiting instore" replies. Had to cancel through Paypal. Worse customer service I've have ever seen and will not be going to deal with any of there stores in the future.
