  We had a great experience last weekend. We don’t have a local shop near us for TCG. Sealed product was limited which was expected with the current state of Pokemon but they had an excellent selection of singles that were priced very reasonably and the guy working was more than accommodating. We were there for 2 hours looking around and asked to look at probably 50+ cards and he was awesome about it no matter how many cards we didn’t end up getting or wanted to look at. This will be our main card shop stop for now on.

  A2Z TCG is an amazing family owned and operated business. What looks like a charming little game store from the outside, on the inside you quickly discover that it is much more than that. A2Z TCG is a welcoming and hilarious community of very kind individuals. The owner Randy and staff are always willing to help out with tips or to teach a new game with a joy for the sharing what they love. I participated in many of their Pokemon nights.   I made an order of Yugioh cards in June of this year and as of today the store has yet to mail them. Tried to contact them continuously (by phone, email, and Facebook) for over a month and when I finally got a reply they lied to my face about a voicemail I had left (claimed I said I wanted to switch to in-store pickup when what I actually did was suggest I COULD pick it up in-person if there was an issue, and of course they never called me back to confirm). No attempt to get my order to me, have not offered a refund in the case they are unable to complete the order, and have not given me any u

  After hearing great things about this store and their trade-in prices, I have called over a dozen times this past week to inquire about their buylist because I have never gone through the process of selling that way before, and not once did an employee pick up the phone nor do they have space for voicemails in their inbox. I spent an hour driving today to visit the store with my cards in-hand to trade-in directly instead, and the doors to the store were locked with no employees visible inside despite the open sign facing outward.
