  Awesome shop with loads of pokemon, Magic and other bits, anyone who entered the staff welcomed too. Done a trade for some cards and got some amazing cards for my binders. I will 100% visit again

  It was okay. Did not like how the pokemon cards were set up. All the cards were in sleeves in a plastic storage box and hard to get out. There seemed to be no prices or organization with them. Had to ask about pricing on every card. Most of the cards had damaged edges from being poorly stored. Most off putting thing was when I heard a conversation from a lady employee and what seemed like a frequent customer. He asked what the value of cards in a container he was looking through was and she said up to 15$ ( untrue because I had pulled out a 45 dollar card). He replied that the shiny energies h

  As a small business owner in the area, I was hoping for a much better experience here. I always support local, my attempt was obviously rejected. When I walked in, none of the multiple staff working even greeted me despite just standing around. I walked around for about 5 minutes and not a single person asked me if I was looking for anything, how I was doing etc.. I was 1 of maybe 3 customers in the entire store. Niche businesses such as this one need to have more awareness in terms of how they treat their customers, with how growing the collectible and TCG industry is growing, you are 100%

  Excellent store. Clean, well laid out and stocked. The employees are great. Best MTG singles selection with best system to order ahead and pick up. 4 stars because the rewards program is restricted from card products and that’s what i want it for. Other stores aren’t as restricted.

  Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. I was greeted as soon as I entered, and it was clean and well lit. There were several groups playing games and it had a welcoming vibe for experienced and new gamers. Prices are lower on average than the local competition. All in all, 10/10

  Male staff all seem very rude in my experience. Female staffs there who have been sweet, but the two I assume to be managers do not provide a very welcoming atmosphere. Store itself is fairly clean, other customers nice enough.
