  I don't know what the previous review was saying, but it does not seem accurate. One of the staff helped me in answering questions. My child has autism and the lady with purple hair immediately showed patience, kindness, and genuine understanding. She spoke calmly, explained things clearly, and never once made us feel rushed or like we were a burden for needing a little extra time. What really stood out to me was how intentional and accommodating the entire environment felt. Management clearly prioritizes inclusivity and customer comfort.   Came in a few days ago. Visiting some family that lives here and I got the itch for some cards. You guys looked amazing from your reviews and all the pics. You guys were amazing. I spent 20 min alone just looking at the pop figures and I love the gaming set up you guys had. Made me wish I brought my deck. Lol I was helped by two young ladies. I didnt catch thier names but one had purple hair and the other had longer hair and wore glasses. Both were super sweet and knew what they were talking about. Definitely coming back for the next family visit.

  I came here with my brother and the staff was very rude to us. My brother and I have collectively been collecting for 50 years and I have never had an experience like this before. The prices were also outrageous. My brother bought a Turtwig and a couple other cards and they didn't put it in our bag. When we came home, we saw they didn’t give us the Turtwig. When we went back to the store, they were like yeah it’s gone! If you want to shop somewhere with fair prices and kind staff I would recommend Culture Shock!

  I’ve been collecting and playing MTG and Pokemon for almost 20 years, and I get that local shops have overhead. But even after the 20% cash discount, prices here are still noticeably above TCGPlayer market averages. The owner often defends this as “market pricing” or points to store size and salaried staff, but that doesn’t change the math. When your store’s prices regularly exceed online averages across most items, the in-store experience stops adding real value.   I have been going here for years and have had no issues. I take my kids and everyone is friendly and helpful. I have read several reviews hating on 3rd Coast and the only issues I have seen are customers with unreasonable “demands”. If you can get the items cheaper elsewhere then don’t throw a tantrum, just get your items elsewhere.

  I really enjoyed my time in this shop, I enter with no expectations and came out very happy and glad. I can say the made my day. I came to trade some baseball cards and the employees treated me very well, almost like family the are fluently biligual, and very nice. The shop has very interesting and rare stuff, Magic the Gathering cards, role playing and even some Catalan Dice set. The have a lot of stuff, nice prices and offers and some very cozy tables to trade cards or play Pokémon or Magic with your friends.   A lot of these reviews aren’t adults, matured humans, or just overall unnecessary to rant in the reviews. About the one female employee. If you could patiently understand, she is on the spectrum (she let me know as I know folks who are too). It is a silent illness. Also not everyone will let you know, and they don’t need to. If you don’t understand this, I highly suggest you take the time to read about this. She is extremely helpful to me, and if she feels a bit too much sensory at the moment, I wouldn’t bother her, and GIVE HER LOTS OF TIME! Shame on a lot of these reviews! I hope one
